I was apprehensive to sign up my son for the Prep for Rep Camp as my son plays in the house team and might not be able to keep up with the rest. Milton reassured me that he welcomes all players and works with each one according to their skill level. He encourages each player to reach their best potential. My daughter participated in a female rep camp with MC High Performance Training. She really liked the speed of the drills, that they got a lot of reps, and that there were lots of drills with pucks on their sticks. Despite the large number of girls in the camp, there was no standing around as Milton and his staff kept them moving at a fast pace in high intensity drills.
I found Milton to be a very personable and positive person, and he seemed to be encouraging and engaging with all of the players on the ice. We definitely plan on having our daughter attend more sessions with MCHPT in the future!

Milton is more like a gift of god rather than an normal coach for my son. My son is 6 yrs old and Milton was his first coach. Milton never disappointed us. We signed up for some private lessons with Milton for U11 REP PREP and were not disappointed to the slightest. Milton pushed our son hard through each drill but made it fun. Coach Milton coaches my son, Ethan and overtime, I have seen progress and development that allows him to compete at a higher level. Milton works exceptionally hard to push Ethan to the next level and encourages him to skate to the best of his ability at every single skate. Ethan has the best experience and thoroughly enjoys every skate. Milton’s coaching and training is intense, but also fun and exciting.
